About Martyn Moran
I am the Principal at Moran Realty.
I moved to the Gold Coast over 15 years ago. My Queensland real estate career started when I opened up a Brisbane based real estate agency in 2003, which operated very successfully until it was sold in 2009. I then opened Professionals Moran Real Estate in February 2010. The area relocation from Brisbane to the Coast was due to proximity, as I live on the Gold Coast with my family and I am very passionate about the area. I specifically chose the Northern Gold Coast as I feel there is huge potential and property growth still to come in this area.
My career background has always been in sales and I personally have been selling, negotiating and consulting for over 35 years. I feel a Principal’s role should be very ‘hand’s on’, therefore I make myself available to assist in the listing and selling of all the properties. I understand that to be successful in real estate we need to offer an outstanding level of personalised service.
